Abstract

A persistent and major challenge for independent journal managers is sudden user interface degradation occurring during routine Open Journal Systems platform upgrades. This technical research thoroughly documents the specialized software development lifecycle of Cendikia Modern, which is specifically engineered to maintain extraordinarily high compatibility across continuous iterative OJS versions. By strictly utilizing exceptionally clean, highly standardized coding practices and avoiding deprecated functional calls, the theme successfully minimizes catastrophic service interruptions during vital system maintenance. This proactive architectural approach ensures profound long-term platform stability, significantly reducing IT overhead costs and allowing editorial boards to maintain uninterrupted global academic dissemination.
