Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, and short communications across all academic disciplines. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process, and publication is free of charge with no article processing fees. Manuscripts must be written in English, using either British or American spelling consistently throughout the text.

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in Microsoft Word format, using A4 paper size with Times New Roman font at 12 point size and one and a half line spacing. All margins should be set to 2.5 centimeters, and page numbers must be placed at the bottom center of each page. Original research articles should typically range between four thousand and eight thousand words, while review articles may be between five thousand and ten thousand words, and short communications should be between fifteen hundred and twenty five hundred words. Book reviews are also accepted, ranging from one thousand to fifteen hundred words.

For the double-blind review process, authors must submit two separate files. The title page should include the manuscript title, the full name of each author without any abbreviations, their institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs if available, and the email address of the corresponding author. The main document must contain the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments if any, references, and any tables or figures. The main document should not contain any author names or affiliations to ensure anonymity during the review process.

The abstract should be between one hundred fifty and two hundred fifty words and follow a structured format covering background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion. Three to six keywords should be provided, separated by semicolons. All citations and references must follow the APA 7th Edition style, both for in-text citations and the final reference list. Tables should be numbered consecutively with brief titles placed above, while figures should be numbered consecutively with captions placed below. All images and figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure print quality.

Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal's submission system or sent via email to the editorial office. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using appropriate software, and any manuscript with significant overlap with previously published work will be rejected immediately. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments, and the final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor in Chief. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by any other journal.
